1)   Lathe machine
2)   A job , where we have to make thread
3)   A slide calipers
4)   A outside caliper

Process of working: At first we have to know that how many threads contains in one inch.
And determine it correctly.
Now I am saying simply step by step about this operation.
A.     At first take a sylindrical metal piece where have to cut thread.
B.     Sat this job piece on lathe chulk in perfect alaignment
C.    If there is have any sampol ,take those and take a measurment from this about how many single thread in each inch.
D.    Imagine this number is 5, so move your eye to the chart  which attached with quick change gear box.
E.      Find out number 5 in the chart. And at first see that what is writtend on root of its row. Really there have 8:1 and C . so sat the gear drives by 8:1 side and turn number liver on C.
F.     Now look at top of the collumn of 5 ritten box. There will have number 6. It is number of speed gear.
G.    So sat the speed gear on number six.
H.    Put a correct degree pointed cutting tool on tol post in proper alaignment.
I.        Turn on the lead screw lever.
J.       Start the machine and start to cut the thread.
K.    Continue visiting on operation and wait to arraibe cutting tool on last end of thread . then turn off the machine or give a back auto feed on lead screw.
L.     Continue cheak deepness so that deepness is not overcome fixed measure . if it is be too deep then right size, the job will be useless!
M.  So  when it will come at fixed size , then stop machine and stop operation.
N.    Visit this job piece and finally be sure that it is in accurate size.
O.    If not , then put in chalk and make operation again and make perfect thread .

Caution :
Ø  Don’t make wrong when take the size of thread in inch.
Ø Always continue visiting when operation is on.
Ø Put the lever by  corretc instruction.
